13 indoor saunas, priced from $4,999 to $12,999. Indoors, two things decide what fits before price does: your ceiling height and your electrical panel.
Check your ceiling first
Indoor cabins in the index stand 67.1 to 82.7 inches tall (5.6 to 6.9 feet). A standard 8-foot ceiling is 96 inches, which leaves room for most of them, but basements and sloped ceilings can be tighter. Brands also call for clearance above and around the cabin, so check the owner's manual before you measure.
12 of the 13 indoor models are infrared. The traditional one (Sun Home Saunas Nova 3) needs a hardwired 240V heater, so plan on an electrician. Compare the two in infrared vs traditional.
Plug into a standard outlet (3)
No electrician needed for the outlet itself. Check the manual for whether the brand wants nothing else on that circuit.
